The costs of an application will vary depending on the type of case and the work involved with each. You will find our charges very competitive with those of other Canadian lawyers.

Our fees are fixed according to the type of case involved. We do not charge by the hour. That way, you can spend as much time with us as you need, without fear of running up costs.

We will work with you to arrive at a mutually agreeable schedule of payment.
